Because our products are digital files delivered instantly via internet download, they are considered "used" after purchase and cannot be physically returned. Please read our policy regarding refunds and returns carefully.

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the digital nature of our products (PDFs and Canva template links), we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase is complete.

Unlike physical goods, digital assets cannot be "returned" to us, which is why we cannot provide a refund once the file has been accessed or sent.

2. Technical Issues

Your satisfaction is our priority. While we do not offer general refunds, we will gladly assist you if:

Broken Links: The link provided in the PDF does not work.

Corrupt Files: The PDF delivery file is damaged or cannot be opened.

Wrong File: You received a different template than the one you purchased.

3. Custom Design Orders

For "Made-to-Order" or custom design requests that are not instant downloads:

Cancellations: You may cancel a custom order for a full refund only if the design process has not yet begun.

Work in Progress: Once a custom design draft has been created and sent to you for review, the order becomes non-refundable due to the labor and time invested.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Mintyinvites is not responsible for, and will not issue refunds for:

Typos or Errors: Any spelling or information errors made by the customer while editing the template on Canva.

Canva Technicalities: Issues arising from the customer’s inability to use the Canva platform (though we are happy to offer basic guidance).

Printing Variations: Differences in color between your screen and the final printed product. We recommend doing a test print first.

Account Requirements: Failing to have a Canva account (free or pro) to edit the template.
