Mintyinvites provides digital invitation templates.

Digital Only: All products sold on this website are digital files. No physical items will be shipped to you.

Delivery Method: Upon successful payment, you will receive a PDF file containing links to your templates. These links will direct you to Canva.com to perform your edits.

Requirements: To use our products, you must have a valid (free or pro) Canva account. Mintyinvites is not responsible for the technical operation of the Canva platform.

2. License and Usage

When you purchase a template from Mintyinvites, you are granted a Personal Use License.

Allowed: You may edit, download, and print the invitation for your personal event or share it digitally with your guests.

Prohibited: You may not resell, redistribute, sub-license, or share the original Canva links or the PDF delivery file with third parties. You may not use our designs to create your own products for sale.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final.

Because the product is delivered instantly and cannot be "returned," we do not offer refunds or exchanges once the purchase is complete.

We strongly recommend reviewing the product descriptions and images carefully before purchasing.

If you experience a technical issue with the file or the link provided, please contact us immediately, and we will work to resolve the issue.

4. Custom Design Orders

While most of our products are "as-is" templates, we offer bespoke custom design services upon request.

Process: Custom orders must be initiated via our contact form or email.

Timeline: Custom designs are not instant; they require a manual design process and a timeline agreed upon during the consultation phase.

Pricing: Quotes for custom work are provided on a case-by-case basis and are separate from our standard template pricing.

5. Intellectual Property

All designs, layouts, graphics, and brand elements featured on Mintyinvites are the intellectual property of Mintyinvites. Unauthorized use of our brand name, logo, or proprietary designs is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

Mintyinvites shall not be held liable for:

Errors made by the customer during the editing process (e.g., typos, wrong dates).

Issues with third-party printing services.

Temporary downtime or technical changes on the Canva platform that may affect template accessibility.
